YUL-HEE SUES CHOI MIN-HWAN OVER CUSTODY AND ALIMONY STANDOFF

Yul-hee, a former member of the girl group LABOUM, has taken the next step in her legal

 battle with her ex-husband and the father of her children, Choi Min-hwan of the band FT

 Island. The singer has been unable to change the custody of her children, the financial terms

 of her relationship with her ex, and the distribution of finances with her ex-partner in recent

 months, and as such, has filed a lawsuit.

Yul-hee requested mediation from the court in November last year after saying that she had

 been ignored in the divorce proceedings on the aforementioned points. Her amicable request

 to change the terms of her relationship was also denied to him as of July.
